We accept all major Credit Cards, Money Orders and Paypal. All orders are sent prepaid. At this time we only sell within the U.S.

All orders are shipped Monday thru Thursday except when special arrangements have been made. We will contact you when we have received your order to arrange delivery date. At this time we utilize several shipping methods:

UPS Next Day: Upon checkout your shipping cost will be calculated or you make contact before hand for a quote. Live arrival is guaranteed when temperatures are between 40-90 degrees. Someone must be available to sign or guarantee is void. All Reptiles & Amphibians must be delivered using this method.

USPS Express-$25.00: Live arrival is only guaranteed when delivered overnight.

*Please note USPS Express is not guaranteed overnight to all locations*

USPS Priority-$12.00: 2-3 day transit time. We do not offer live arrival guarantee with this shipping method.
*We are not responsible for any carrier delays*
*Amphibians do not have our Live Arrival Guarantee*

 All DOA’s (dead on arrival) must be reported with 24 hours of delivery. Place DOA in freezer or alcohol until a representative from Walk On The Wildside has been contacted. Refunds will be for animals only. Shipping is non-refundable *no exceptions*. If replacement is given buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees.
